The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the February general membership meeting "Employee Morale & Recognition – Trends & Best Practices” presented by Mimi Henninger, SPHR, Human Resources Consultant.2009 was a tough year for employers, with many experiencing the negative impacts of an economic recession on their business and a “psychological recession” on their workforce.Fully engaged, motivated employees are the key to employers’ ability to pull themselves out of this economic downturn and experience continued growth and success in the future. Mimi is a leading expert in employee relations, retention and management development. With over twenty year’s experience in human resource management, her hands-on experience hashelped her to understand the needs of her clients and help them to design and implement HR structure and programs that work. She has been a Senior Human Resource Consultant and Operations Manager with Ameriben / IEC Group for over five years.
Mimi holds a Bachelors Degree in business from the University of Washington.
Mimi provides client consulting and training on a variety of topics and manages the Resource Center and Project Support functions for IEC Group.
